Last week David Silva came home to Anfi, his second home, to enjoy a well earned rest and some winter sunshine.
The Man City player was granted a few days holiday from Manchester City after an intense Christmas competition in the Premier League, visiting his hometown and making the most of the wonderful weather.
And Silva didn’t come alone from the UK. This time he brought teammates; James Milner, Gary Barry and Joe Hart to introduce them to his home.
The lucky guys were not be disappointed as the rest of Europe suffered winter weather, the players enjoyed some unusually scorching days with temperatures reaching as high as 28 º.
“Anytime I can, I escape to Gran Canaria and come back to see my folks and spend time at Anfi, which is a unique place in the whole of Europe” said Silva, who spent last Saturday on Anfi beach. He also enjoyed a round of golf at Anfi Tauro Golf together with his team mates saying it was, “A spectacular course, and without doubt one of the best in Europe”.
